ZUOEKAI Smart Window Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ZUOEKAI Smart Window and the related public homepage, activation, account recovery, update, feedback, and support services. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must provide accurate information when activating or recovering access. You are responsible for keeping your username, email address, activation code, device, and Google account sign-in information secure.

3. Activation Code License

An activation code grants access only according to the product, device, feature, validity period, and other conditions associated with that code. Activation codes may not be copied, resold, shared, transferred, reverse engineered, or used to bypass technical restrictions unless we have expressly authorized it in writing.

4. Optional Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is an optional recovery method. The traditional username, email, and activation-code flow remains available. A Google account is associated with activation records only after the user completes an explicit binding step; we do not automatically claim historical records solely from a matching Google email address. If one Google account is bound to multiple activation records, the app may show a selectable list during recovery.

5. Service Availability and Updates

We may provide application updates, remote feature configuration, security patches, maintenance, or service changes. Some functions may depend on network connectivity, compatible devices, an active activation record, or third-party platform availability.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Do not interfere with servers, APIs, activation services, security controls, or other users.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to activation records, accounts, source code, or protected system resources.
• Do not submit malicious files, misleading feedback, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, services, software, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the app under these terms, no ownership or other rights are granted to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, maintain security, or address a material violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting account binding information may prevent future recovery of related activation records.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app or services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the app, services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
